development of chemical processes, pilot plant design, technology development of diamond manufacturing-related processes, business development & marketing, and operations management. Ketal is presently working as a Business Development Consultant for Jaivahini.

Ketal’s key expertise is in the areas of Business Development, Business Excellence, Techno-commercial Assessment, and Project Management.

Before starting his tenure as a Business Consultant, he worked as a Chief Executive Officer for Chemintal Agro for 10 years and his key responsibilities included increasing the company’s revenue growth by at least 25% YoY. He was instrumental in establishing the brand value of Stoller products in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, MP, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh. He was responsible totally for establishing collaborative partnerships with Stoller and other companies, export and import logistics, marketing & sales, brand building, and continual techno-commercial assessments.

His major contributions included a,) the development of a novel crystallization technology for dicarboxylic acids, a breakthrough in crystallization research. b.) the development of a novel and innovative diamond scaife coating technology, and c.) leading a team as CEO and increasing the revenues of the company, at least by 1000% in 10 years
