Muthukumar is a Chemical Engineer and holds post-graduation specialization in Petroleum Refining
and Petrochemicals. He has 24 years of extensive Industrial experience in the Pharma space across
the manufacturing value chain.

He started his career as an Engineer in production. He had worked in Phytochemical, Speciality
chemical and Pharmaceutical industries during his professional journey. He served in various roles at
Sanmar Speciality Chemicals, Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories and Jubilant Generics. His last stint was with
Jubilant Generics, Mysore.

He has rich experience working across various functions such as Production, Technology absorption,
Manufacturing Compliance and EHS.

He played a vital role in Project planning, Execution and Delivery as Technology absorption leader in
Custom Pharmaceutical Services Manufacturing which services for Clinical Trials and registration
batches for Innovator Pharma Companies.

Muthukumar’s core expertise is in the manufacturing viz Production Planning, Execution, trouble
shooting, New products Scale up, Capacity enhancement, Yield Improvement, Cost reduction,
Inventory control, Quality Compliance, Audit management, Strategy planning, Capex and Budget
planning.

He was Instrumental in driving the Manufacturing Compliance across the Jubilant Manufacturing
site. He has Special Interest in Manufacturing Excellence, TPM, Skill development activities.
He is also the Co-Founder of PharmaInfoSource, which deals in Sales and Sourcing support services
for Pharma Raw materials, Intermediates and APIs for Regular as well as Surplus Inventory.
