Return Eligibility<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A return may be accepted where the product is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damaged during delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrectly delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significantly different from the product ordered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missing from the package where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request must be reported within the applicable period specified by Jaivahini for that product\/order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Wrong Product<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a product different from the product ordered, contact us with the order details and photographs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After verification, Jaivahini may arrange a replacement, return or refund as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Product Condition<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a return is approved, the product should generally be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete with accessories, labels and other included materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This requirement does not prevent a customer from reporting a genuine defect or transit damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Return Shipping<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Jaivahini may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For other approved returns, shipping costs may be handled according to the specific return terms communicated to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
